Back from Vacation

We started our vacation in beautiful British Columbia.  Our first night we had a romantic evening in a small sleepy little town. We found a quaint German restaurant, had some yummy food and beer of course.  I highly recommend mixing a lite beer with some pink grapefruit juice....so good.  We then relaxed in the hot springs and finished the night with some amazing lovin.

The next morning we took off to a cottage on a lake in the Kootenay's. We fished (well hubby fished, I soaked up the sun on top of the boat) did some sight seeing, cycling, reading and just relaxed.

We then headed south for the border, down into Seattle to stay with a friend we meet at Oktoberfest in Munich last year.  We didn't get to check out the BDSM or swingers scene while we were there, but we had a great time none the less.  I LOVE American outlet malls and shopped till I dropped and then shopped some more.  One of my favorite purchases is an old rotary dial phone, that I got at an antique shop in Snohomish.  We, of course went to Pike Place, took in some brewery and distillery tours and met some great people.  Hubby loved the bikini barista stands, where he went every morning for his caffeine fix.

We had a wonderful time, but I'm glad to be home and sleeping in our own bed again.

So I said I would post some new pics on my blog when I got home.  Here they are.  Hope you enjoy them.
